1. First, relax, become quiet for a moment and gently close your eyes. As you do, consciously close off the outer vibrations. When you are ready, invoke the most powerful Divine protective source of Purple Light.
"I invoke the Purple Light of the Most High, Expanding Fire Breath of Divine Intelligence!"
2. Apply the Alchemical Breath Control: pre-exhalation, inhalation, retention, and exhalation in the ratio of 1:1:3:1 (if the exhalation and inhalation is 5 seconds, the retention of the breath is 15 seconds or it can be extended to one's limit).
3. At the retention of the breath, visualize the Alchemical Symbol, Cosmic-Spiral on the 3rd eye (6th chakra) located between your eyebrows and activate the clockwise movement from outward towards the inward way.
4. Just before you feel yourself letting go to the deepest state of ethereal realm, concentrate on the karmic issues and bring those memories into process. Meanwhile consciously let all the Karmic issues become vacuumed into the Cosmic Spiral one by one until they return to nothingness.
5. When this is finished, recite the GAM:

Cease this programming by saying "So be it" to enforce the power of the Divine contract.
