Mystics of all ages explain what is behind all human infelicity and suffering. The various scriptures and doctrines of the world are filled with this subject. They agree that the root of all misery boils down to one's selfish motives and deeds.
According to the Karmic Law (the Law of Cause and Effect), one who plants the seed of misery, will bear a fruit of misery in this life or the next. The myth of human misery perhaps goes back as far as the story of Genesis.
The Karmic Law will be applied to every human being. Wherever there is an effect, there will always be a cause. If affirmative or negative events become conditions in your subconscious mind, these energies will attract like energy into like result. Thus, it will simply repeat itself as a merry-go-round until you cut the chain of causation. Law and Order exist above and below. If you violate the Divine Law, you violate the entire system and it causes a short circuit. The transgressor will catch up on one's own debts sooner or later. However, the taxation of the original debts will soon accumulate into a mountainous debt. Thus, the penalty can be irreversible. Even the lesser Gods and Angels will be punished and dumped into the dungeon. One who acts selfishly, or does not release the dark emotions of hatred, resentment, fear, and jealousy, is further planting seeds endlessly; this continuously feeds oneself with dark rotten fruit. Eventually, one becomes the rotten fruit itself.
According to the scripture, throwing one's condemnation, invective, sardonic remards is like hitting a person with an ax, wounding them with a sword, or shooting them with a sharp arrow. All of these harms will eventually be reflected on the sender but with multiple forces, which will harm the sender far more than one's opponent. The statement of, "Love your enemies who drive you nuts or even drive you to insanity" seems to belong to only those who are enlightened. If you are not accustomed to the Divine Law would say, "You must be joking!" But even this attitude will almost instantly be replaced by reciting the powerful GAM(s). You will realize that these umbrages will instantly subside and cease by themselves altogether.
Through the instantaneous, transmutable purifying power, all the disharmonious and destructive conditions will be neutralized and transformed into a blissful state of mind and affairs. In the case of condemning, stigmatizing someone, immediately recite the GAM(s), that will cease any negative essence from influencing or further building a karmic cause in the subconscious.

Do everything you can to dissolve the negativities in the subconscious or it will further link to negative things, people and affairs and continually cause unpleasant experiences to surface on your path. Allow the Golden Alchemical Mantra as a base for developing the Divine power within and magnifying the effect. Paracelsus states, "Good thoughts, good words, good deeds help maintain good psycho/physical conditions and one's affairs." It is a man's kindly acts that are remembered of him in the years after his life (Ptah-hotep). Therefore, continue planting a seed of peace and harmony; it is a foundation of long lasting success and fulfillment.
