First relax, become quiet for a moment and gently close your eyes. As you do, consciously close off the outer vibrations. Visualize the Purple Light being fixed over your head, shining down and beaming down on you; it enters your body at the crown of your head all the way down to your feet, and slowly fills and permeates your body as though you are immersed in Purple Light.
