According to St. Germain, he has written eight manuscripts of Initiation Rites. Most of his manuscripts are transcendental in nature; they contain the secret process by which the regeneration of humanity was to be accomplished and they also served as the key to his other writings and various missions. Essentially his work is derived from gnostic, esoteric, occult, and mystic, which are profoundly associated with Arabic, an ancient mystical Cabbalah, and Egyptian secret science, Alexandrian Hermetic science/art. The secret traditions of Initiation Rites were often communicated through the complex writings and the symbolic representation of the universal knowledge. His work contains Divine Pymander "Three Keys holding, which involves the seventeen fragmentary writings that are integrated into the diverse secret ciphers of the enigmatic codes, the magical symbols, hieroglyphic figures, and various forms of ancient languages. The letters are written not only upside down and reversed in a backward manner; they are written in certain alphabets and numbers are omitted or replaced by the various secret codes, symbols, and unusual markings intend to conceal the great universal knowledge from the unworthy. But the secrets of the Divine power of the universe are given to those acquainted with their use of unlimited power over the spirits of the air and the subterranean divinities.
The titles of his manuscripts are: The Saint: Company of the God; The Sacred Attribute; Mystery Unveiled; The Great Magi & Divine Pymander; Holy Science: Divine Magic; The Ring of the Fire; The Saint, Magi and Seers; The Most Holy Wisdom. These manuscripts were the nucleus of the various secret societies and were greatly integrated into their work during and after his life. Two of the manuscripts surfaced in the public, yet they slipped away from the hands of the secret societies during the time of discontent in France.
