  • MALT lymphoma (extranodal marginal zone)
  • Mantle cell lymphoma
  • Burkitt lymphoma

T-cell

  • NK/T cell lymphoma
  • Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL)

Either

  • Lymphoblastic lymphoma

Cutaneous

  • Mycosis fungoides (T-cell)
